Parking and Driveway: Street parking is easy and plentiful. The driveway and carport are available but the driveway is extremely steep. Only attempt it if you're confident with steep inclines. Generally, Nose in, reverse out works best. Use whichever option suits you.

Accessibility: DelMonte Haven is a two storey home with stairs between levels (no lift). The driveway is very steep (street parking available). Not wheelchair accessible. Bedrooms are split across both levels.
